Cost:  Suggested Koha $20 or other gift

Circles will include all or any of the following:

• Restorative Yoga Poses with props

• Meditation

• Himalayan Singing Bowls

• Reiki

• Optional gentle movement such as chair Yoga or gentle Yoga practice

• A cup of nourishing Seleno Ceremonial Cacao

• Journaling, Rumi and Chakra cards
