Time to switch off, be nourished and nurtured. ​​

When:  One Sunday per month - dates will be confirmed
Where:  Willow House Healing, Hastings
Cost:  $25

Circles will include all or any of the following, in a 2 hour session:

​

• Restorative Yoga Poses with props

• Meditation

• Himalayan Singing Bowls

• Reiki

• Optional gentle movement such as chair Yoga or gentle Yoga practice

• A cup of nourishing Seleno Ceremonial Cacao

• Journaling, Rumi and Chakra cards
